Feeling lean and healthy used to feel like the mystery of my life. I would wake up every morning feeling bloated, sick, tired and unhappy with how I looked and felt. How I woke up feeling used to affect my entire day.
I knew I should have a body I felt great in (and why not have flat abs while we're at it) but how to have it was beyond confusing. I had so many ideas of how it should go and nothing ever seemed to work until I was gifted with this beautiful process of changing my body and life in a way that didn't suck, it was fun and simple. Completely counter-intuitive to how I always thought it was.
After learning this incredible process, I felt it was my responsibility to share it with every woman who feels the way I used to feel - confused, frustrated, disappointed in myself and tired of trying things that don't work. This is why I do what I do. This is why I create options for you, so that there is something for each woman who needs this information.
