    Hi, I'm Steph. Welcome to my website. I'm so glad you're here!

    I hope you take some time to read my blog and get to know me better. You'll see that I'm not your typical 29 year old and have totally turned my life around. I went from overweight junk food addict unhappy with my job, relationships and lifestyle. I now live the life I've always dreamed of where anything is possible with my best friend and fiance Josh traveling the world motivating others to life the healthy lives of their dreams!

    I also hope you get to know some of the amazing people I've worked with and coached like Chris ->
