Do these HIIT training workouts consistently and you'll see what a huge difference it makes.  It's incredible how quickly these workouts sculpt your body in all the right areas. 

 In this video, every move is 30 seconds of high intensity and 10 seconds rest.  In between each compound move is 30 seconds of mountain climbers. This will boost your metabolism (you can also substitute mountain climbers for jumping jacks or jump rope).  Push yourself past your limits on each move.  Remember how gorgeous, strong, and unique you are.  Let that beauty shine through your workout and every part of today.

Grab your yoga mat and phone and head over to your local park.  Pull up this video up and do the workout outside!  Follow along anywhere you have wifi!
