Ingredients
- 1/2 C Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 C water
- Kiwi, Mango, Pineapple chopped
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds and water in a large bowl.
- Stir occasionally. The seeds will absorb the water and form a gel.
- Add chopped fruit and enjoy!
