Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal
- 8 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2-3 tbsp cocao powder
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp local honey
- A dash of vanilla extract
- A dash of pink Himalayan sea salt
Optional superfood extras
- Spirulina
- Bee Pollen
- Shredded coconut
- Chia seeds
- Goji berries
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients – almond powder, cocao, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Add dates, honey, coconut oil, vanilla and blend.
- Grab sections and roll together in your hands into small pieces.
- If adding extra topping, roll in superfoods.
