I'm very close to finishing a new weight loss course. I've been working on this for quite a while, but I'm finally going to wrap it up. I'll be releasing it in the beginning of August.
This course will be entirely focused on the most effective ways to
lose that last 5-15 pounds of unwanted weight
. It will include the mindset shifts that have changed my life to allow it be be easy to be healthy and make healthy choices consistently. As a bonus it will include healthy, simple and affordable meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less, fast and effective workouts, and advice on how to stay motivated and avoid temptation. It's going to be a complete guide to everything that I know about losing the last 5-15 pounds of unwanted weight.
I'm going to cover all the ways that I've been able to maintain a fit body year round, and I'm going to show you exactly how I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off even after growing up on a junk food diet.
