I am a certified health coach and personal training, speaker, mindset & emotional breakthrough expert. 

It is my intention to get you fit, healthy and radiant through the power of your beliefs & mindset. I want you to feel healthy, confident, beautiful and worthy in having a body and life of your dreams.

I want to help you utilize every resource that helped me lose 40 pounds and consistently maintain it for years. I believe in combining practical health & fitness strategies with mindset and emotional practices to change your body.

I would not be where I am if allowed my negative beliefs about my body to control me.

My success is because of my commitment to changing my limiting beliefs of criticism and judgement and my determination to boldly shift my mindset each day to love, appreciate and feel proud the person I am (something I used to think was impossible). My success is a result of my obsession with learning everything I can about mindset, health, food and fitness.

People are always asking me to share my steps and tips for losing weight and maintaining weight loss. And I am so excited to get it to you now in this course.
