I'm writing this for the women who read this and go...YES, that's for me too!! I'm ready to take action on the life I want. I want to consistently WOW myself. I want to continue to grow every month and create a memorable year. I'm going to craft my life the way that I want. I know it's possible. <--- these women are the reason I write this. I want them to see that they are not alone. I want them to know that if someone else can create it, she can too! I want her to know that I stand behind her and the incredibly fabulous life and year she wants to create. I want her to know that there is someone who will show her the way and light the path and be there to make sure she does what she set out to do.

Everyone picks up beliefs about their body, their weight, their health, food and fitness. Most of these beliefs aren't true and are blocking us from reaching our goals.

The biggest misconception I've ever seen is that a fit and healthy person never eats badly or never skips a workout. This module is created for giving you what you need to feel your best when you’re doing something out of your normal routine - things like parties, the weekend, networking events, and eating at restaurants. Imagine going to summer parties knowing that you don't have to deprive yourself. You won’t have the same kind of cravings that used to ruin your goals. You’ll know how to avoid over-snacking, something that seems to get the best of us all during parties when cookies, desserts and tempting foods are always within reach. Overeating can also get to us which is why this module talks about how to avoid overeating. You’ll receive training on how to maintain that fine line between enjoying fun (but not always healthy) food and over-indulging. As an extra resource I’ll give you what to do if you fall off track. This is great to have if you’re the type of person who overeats and then beats yourself up over it the next day.
