14. Pick out the number one limiting food belief you have; the one that is the most emotional. How will having that belief about food affect you 5 years down the line? Who have you shared this limiting belief with? Now write how having this belief will negatively affect you 10 years from now. If you keep believing this, will your life be worse or better? How will your life be different if you keep this belief 20 years down the line? Who will be affected?

15. How will your life be different 5 years from now if you choose to create and embody this new belief? What parts of your life will improve? What things will get better? How will your life and the lives of your friends and family improve 10 years down the line because of this new belief? 16. Because of these insights, what gets to change and why??
Now go back and apply this to all of your limiting food beliefs. It may take you a lot of time but I promise you this is worth it. Make time for this. It will change your future for the better. Don't skip it.
