2 Eggs (any style) with avocado and a handful of greens dressed in lemon + salt & pepper
2 Eggs (any style) with a handful of almonds/cashews/walnuts and a handful of greens dressed in lemon + salt & pepper
Smoothie with frozen berries, greens, avocado, banana
Chia pudding - chia seeds, water, cinnamon and frozen berries or kiwi
Overnight Oats - Let Steel Cut Oats and water sit in a mason jar overnight. In the morning add berries, vanilla extract, cocao nibs, cinnamon and any other topping ingredients.
Eggs with your favorite toppings baked in the oven in cupcake tins. (Use coconut oil to grease the cupcake pan)
Avocado Toast - Gluten free bread toasted, spread avocado, top with salt, pepper, spices, tomatoes (get creative :) )
