Let go of the things you've been holding on to that inhibit you from being your best self. Learn how to let go of what keeps you from feeling really good about yourself. You'll get techniques on how to feel more fulfilled, joyful and excited and will practice how to not beat yourself up.

This training will set you up with support and encouragement along your journey so that you're loaded with extra strength.
DAY FIVE:
This training teaches you how to specifically reprogram your body, relationships and your career/finances. You'll form new beliefs that allow you to wake up happy, build the future you that you want to be and build the lifestyle you want to live. Learn how to stop your mind from running off and control it to go where you want it to. You'll also get trained on how to draw more positive things to you than negative and I'll explain how I trained my brain to create the life I have now.
DAY SIX:
This training is on how to have and keep real happiness, fulfillment, joy and love. You'll also learn how to give yourself the approval and validation you seek from others.
DAY SEVEN:
A partner exercise to give you experiential training targeted to make you more successful in life. Your life will be exponentially better, happier and more fun from doing these exercises.
DAY EIGHT:
This training teaches the things that sped up my own process of waking up happier, feeling happier, loving my life and building and creating the future I wanted. How to not let yourself get pulled down from other people not believing and understanding your dreams.
DAY NINE:
You'll learn one of the most impactful self-love tools EVER.
DAY TEN:
In this training we talk about purpose. A pivotal exercise to find hidden sabotage that's stopping you from getting what you want and living your purpose.
DAY ELEVEN:
How to trust your intuition and let it guide you to your purpose.
DAY TWELVE:
How to surround yourself with the resources to succeed. Also how to surround yourself with inspiring and empowering people. Finding your tribe and community.

How to approve and validate yourself. How to remove the association of what other people think of you.

I am a certified health coach and personal trainer, speaker, mindset & emotional breakthrough expert. It is my intention to get you fit, healthy and radiant through the power of your beliefs & mindset. I want you to feel healthy, confident, beautiful and worthy in having a body and life of your dreams. I'm here to help you utilize every resource that helped me lose 40 pounds and consistently maintain it for years. I believe in combining practical health & fitness strategies with mindset and emotional practices to change your body. I would not be where I am if allowed my negative beliefs about my body to control me. "After my husband passed I spent the first month in survival mode. Doing what needs to be done and making sure kids are okay.
Month two I started doing the paperwork required for the people to handle the estate, and everything grinded to a halt. I had not heard anything from them for like two months, and then I joined wake up happy with you. Everything just sucked steph, without an executer for the estate my hands were tied. I lodged complaints, I tried everything humanly possible. Trust me. And then, as I joined wake up happy, I learned that we are where we are suppose to be. That pressure is bad, I need to accept the blessings between the aha moments. So I went on my week long healing binge, and I just elevated. I don't think you grasp the elevation that I am experiencing. Friday (we came back on Sunday), the bank people phoned, in three weeks time they will be able to tell me if they will handle the estate...I am like awesome, thank you. Wednesday (yesterday) they phone, oh estate will be handled by them (please note...waaaaay before three week mark). I will receive the details of the consultant I have to work with within a weeks time. Again, I go awesome , thank you (and I meant it)...two hours later they phone me back ...consultant allocated (not seven day waiting period)...consultant will contact me within a week. Guess, what....consultant phoned me today...I have some paperwork to submit and then the ball starts rolling. So if you ever wonder if the proof is in the pudding. I am that pudding.
