"A little over a year ago I was about 220 lbs. I was depressed, and scared shitless because the weight just kept piling on. I was eating healthy... or so I thought and working out daily. I was doing these insane workouts and not getting any results....
The worst part is that when I wasn't seeing results for weeks... I binged. Del taco was my comfort. It was a vicious cycle and I didn't know what the hell to do. My thyroid was out of wack, I was on multiple medicines and just felt like I was a complete sack of crap. Confidence was not even on my radar. Even worse... This course starts this April. Module One will be released on the start date and you will be given access to Module Two, 7 days later. Module Three will be opened to you 7 days after that.
