TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Did you take your week 1 pictures to track your progress? You will be glad you did this at the end of the program. Take a front and back photo in a bikini, sports bra and shorts or tank top and shorts before beginning the program. We will be taking a week 4 and a week 8 photo.  Tag me in any of your progress photos on Facebook and Instagram to be featured on social media @stephhendel.
