Ingredients

  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Kale Greens
  • Cilantro to taste
Dressing
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Shred and chop greens, pepper, avocado, and cilantro.
  2. Combine together.
  3. Squeeze juice of 1 lime on salad as dressing.
