CHOCOLATE BUTTER LATTE
Coffee is pretty controversial. Some can prove the health benefits, others can prove the negative effects it has on the body.
I believe that your body will tell you if something is or is not a good fit. One of the best things you can do is start listening to your body. I also believe that there is a big difference between highly processed coffee and high quality coffee. On top of that, there is a difference between needing coffee to stay awake and alert and enjoying a cup because it really makes you happy. We are meant to have enough energy to get through the day without caffeine. If we can't, it's a warning sign that something needs to change.
On days when I do have a cup, I drink super high quality coffee that has been recently, locally roasted and I like to have it from a person who loves coffee. There's something special about a cup of coffee made with love. I also like to have it with unsalted grass-fed butter and cocao powder.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup of High Quality, Locally Roasted Coffee
- 1-2 Tbsp Unsalted, Grass-Fed Butter
- 1 Tsp Cocao Powder
DIRECTIONS
- Brew coffee.
- Add coffee, butter, and cocao to small blender.
- Blend until there is a thick layer of foam on top like a latte.
