STUCK IN A WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAU?

HERE'S WHY...


You're doing everything right. You're eating healthier foods, yesterday you even chose a salad over a burger. You're racking up hours at the gym. Out of nowhere it happens...you catch your reflection in the mirror. 



One of two things happen. You either think damn...check me out, pleasantly surprised or you get an inkling to shut your eyes and turn away. If the second response happens to you, you'll probably spend the rest of the day in your head beating yourself up, thinking many negative and judgmental thoughts.  These judgmental thoughts can be so cruel that you would never think to say them to another person. 



Something happens after that moment, you create a truth. You create a truth where you believe that even though you make healthy choices and workout you can't lose weight, you can't have the body you want. You create a neuro-association where you link workouts and diets to no results. After that - no matter how many times you jump back on the horse and try another new diet and fitness routine, you never stick with it. Why would you?  Subconsciously, unknowingly, you don't believe it's possible so you self-sabotage. 



So many women have layers upon layers of different but related subconscious limiting beliefs and truths. They form the beliefs daily without EVEN realizing. Our minds are powerful tools, they create our body based on our beliefs. When I meet someone that is plateauing or is stuck and unable to lose weight, the first thing I do is strip away the layers that are making it impossible to move forward. Nothing can permanently change until this is done. You will jump on a hamster wheel and yo-yo your entire life if you don't address your limiting beliefs.


 
What can you do right now? Learn your blocks and false truths. Journal, journal and journal some more. You can't break a block that you aren't aware of. Awareness is the beginning of transformation. Let's start here. You deserve a healthy, fit body you love. It's not out of reach, it's actually much easier than you think. It begins with personal training your mind the way you would train your body. It's choosing nourishing food for the mind the way you would choose nourishing food for the body.  True, permanent health and weight loss starts in the mind.
The only limits you have are the ones you create yourself.
